Digital Marketing and Communication Associate

About the role

Pinch Africa is looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing and Communication Associate to shape content strategy, brand storytelling and digital engagement for the agency and its clients. You will lead multi‑channel communication initiatives that build brand equity and deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital communication and social media strategies, including cross‑platform content calendars.
• Produce, write and oversee high‑impact copy, graphics, video and interactive media while maintaining distinct brand voices.
• Manage end‑to‑end paid social advertising campaigns, handling audience targeting, A/B testing, budget allocation and ad creative optimization.
• Monitor, analyse and interpret cross‑channel analytics, presenting executive‑ready monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Oversee community management, driving proactive engagement, audience growth and reputation management.
• Collaborate with design, development and account teams and act as a trusted communications advisor to client stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in digital communications, public relations, social media management or content strategy within an agency or fast‑paced corporate environment.
• Exceptional written, verbal and visual storytelling abilities with a proven record of creating action‑driving copy.
• Practical experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and video‑editing software.
• Hands‑on experience integrating AI models and assistants into daily production workflows.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to translate performance metrics into strategic recommendations.
