About the role
We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketing and Customer Acquisition Officer to join our team in Westlands, Nairobi. You will drive our online presence, generate leads, and support the growth of our client base through strategic campaigns.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and paid channels.
- Support customer acquisition initiatives and lead generation activities.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on key metrics.
- Optimize content and advertisements to improve reach and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing aligns with business objectives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing or customer acquisition.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
