About the role
The Digital Marketing & Business Development Executive will support UniqCulture HR Consulting by managing its online presence, creating engaging content, and driving new business opportunities through digital channels.
Key responsibilities
- Manage social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp Business.
- Create engaging content, graphics, photos and short videos for each platform.
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns.
- Generate, qualify and follow up leads through digital platforms and direct outreach.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build relationships with prospective clients and support conversion of leads into sales.
- Maintain a database of prospects and track sales opportunities.
- Monitor digital performance and prepare simple marketing and sales reports.
Required profile
- Entry‑level candidate with up to 12 months of relevant experience.
