Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

Red Giant Media Agency is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to lead paid media and SEO initiatives for a portfolio of leading brands in Kenya. The ideal candidate thrives on data‑driven decision‑making and enjoys collaborating with creative and client service teams to deliver impactful campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimise Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy, covering on‑page, technical and content optimisation.
• Work with the IT team to improve website structure and content for better search performance.
• Monitor key metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversions and ROAS, and produce regular performance reports.
• Partner with Creative and Client Service teams to align paid media efforts with overall campaign objectives.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, including familiarity with Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Previous agency experience is a strong plus.
