Digital Marketing Intern – Social Media & Content

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Intern to join our marketing team in Nairobi. You will support the creation and execution of social media content, helping to boost our online presence and engage our audience.

Key responsibilities

• Design eye‑catching graphics and marketing materials using Canva.
• Create and schedule social media posts, captions, short videos, and promotional content across platforms.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries while maintaining brand voice.
• Track performance metrics using platform analytics and prepare regular reports.
• Research trends, competitor activity, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
• Assist with email marketing, blog writing, and website updates as needed.
• Support day‑to‑day digital marketing and administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Certificate in Digital Marketing or a related field.
• At least six months of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and good organizational abilities.
