Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Executive

About the role

The Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Executive will drive visual content creation, manage social media channels and generate qualified leads for Voltifix's solar and new‑energy products. This role combines creative design, on‑site photography, video production and data‑driven marketing to support both B2B and B2C growth.

Key responsibilities

• Create marketing materials such as posters, social media creatives, proposal visuals, PowerPoint layouts and brochures using professional design software.
• Capture on‑site photos and short videos of solar projects, perform basic editing and maintain a consistent brand identity.
• Manage LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram accounts, develop content calendars, publish posts and engage with followers.
• Respond to enquiries, qualify leads, collect prospect requirements and hand over qualified leads to the sales team while tracking source performance.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on reach, engagement and lead volume, using data to optimise content strategy.
• Collaborate with sales to produce case studies, maintain the visual asset library and support additional marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Mass Communication, Graphic Design or a related field.
• At least three years of hands‑on experience in graphic design, photography, short‑form video editing and social media management; a portfolio is required.
• Proven experience in both B2B and B2C digital marketing with a focus on lead generation.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle design, content publishing and lead follow‑up tasks.
• Preferred: experience in the solar, renewable energy or EV sector and familiarity with the East African market.
