Digital Marketing & Paid Media Specialist

About the role

Network International is seeking a Digital Marketing & Paid Media Specialist to lead demand generation, digital acquisition, and conversion initiatives across multiple channels. The role focuses on creating high‑quality leads, optimizing the marketing funnel, and driving measurable revenue growth for the company’s fintech services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated demand‑generation strategies to increase qualified leads and pipeline.
• Plan, launch, and continuously optimize campaigns across paid, owned, and organic channels.
• Manage paid‑media campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms, overseeing agency partners.
• Improve key performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, and impression share.
• Own website performance, content, structure, and user experience to enhance acquisition and engagement.
• Lead conversion‑rate‑optimization initiatives, including A/B testing and landing‑page enhancements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in demand generation, performance marketing, and paid‑media management.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable campaigns.
• Strong collaboration skills to work closely with sales, product, and agency teams.
