Digital Marketing & Performance Growth Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven Digital Marketing & Performance Growth Specialist to join our Nairobi team. You will design, launch and optimise multi‑channel campaigns that generate high‑intent leads and strengthen our brand across digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Paid Advertising (PPC): Create and manage search and social campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Conversion Optimisation: Test landing pages, ad copy and lead forms to reduce CAC and boost conversion rates.
• SEO & Content Growth: Optimise website visibility, research high‑intent keywords and coordinate content assets to increase organic traffic.
• Lead Automation & Tracking: Set up GA4, Meta Pixel and UTM tracking; integrate lead feeds with CRM workflows.
• Performance Reporting: Monitor weekly metrics (CPL, ROAS, conversion rate, CTR) and present data‑driven recommendations to leadership.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, performance advertising or growth marketing.
• Hands‑on mastery of Google Ads (Search/Display) and Meta Ads Manager.
• Proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager and CRM automation tools such as HubSpot or GoHighLevel.
• Strong copywriting ability for ad angles, headlines and email sequences.
• Analytical mindset focused on ROI and lead quality.
