About the role

Fountainhead Consulting Limited is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join its Nairobi office. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on building and optimizing the company’s online presence across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and optimise digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create and manage social media campaigns to increase engagement and brand awareness.
• Analyse web analytics data to monitor performance and refine campaigns.
• Optimise online marketing efforts, including SEO, email and paid media, to drive traffic and leads.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all digital channels.

Required profile

• Proficiency in social media marketing and overall digital marketing.
• Experience with web analytics and online marketing tools for tracking and optimisation.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and message consistency.
• Demonstrated ability to create and execute data‑driven marketing strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Previous experience in the engineering or consultancy sector is a plus.
