Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Hunter Profile Limited is seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and optimise online campaigns. You will work closely with internal teams to enhance brand visibility, generate leads and drive customer engagement across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Manage and optimise social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling and audience engagement.
• Plan, implement and monitor paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and improve customer retention.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
• Monitor website performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Generate and analyse campaign performance reports, offering recommendations to maximise ROI.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials and ensure brand consistency.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies and digital marketing best practices.
• Manage online reputation and customer engagement across digital channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
