Digital Marketing Trainee

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Trainee to support the planning and execution of our clients’ social media campaigns. You will work closely with the marketing team, gaining hands‑on experience in content scheduling, copywriting and community engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and scheduling social media content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Support basic copywriting and ensure brand consistency in posts.
• Monitor campaign performance using web analytics tools and prepare simple performance reports.
• Engage with online communities, respond to comments and messages under supervision.
• Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions to improve reach and engagement.
• Help with administrative tasks related to digital marketing projects.

Required profile

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and professional online interaction.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and eager to learn in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.
• Ability to manage time effectively, accept feedback and adapt to changing priorities.

Required skills

• Foundational knowledge of social media marketing and online marketing concepts.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics and willingness to learn campaign planning.
