About the role
We are looking for a motivated Direct Sales Agent to promote our Logbook Loan and Car Financing solutions across Kenya. The role involves engaging potential customers, explaining product benefits, and driving sales to meet targets.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and approach prospective clients for logbook loan and car financing products.
- Present product features and benefits, addressing customer queries.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress using CRM tools.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Required profile
- High school certificate, diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Finance or related field.
- No prior experience required; however, proven sales or field marketing experience in financial services is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Self‑driven, target‑oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of logbook loan processes is advantageous.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience using CRM software.
