Direct Sales Executive – Telecom & Fixed Wireless

About the role

The Direct Sales Executive will acquire new telecom customers, guide them through onboarding, and ensure compliance with KYC and top‑up education. Working on‑ground in Westlands, the role supports sales initiatives, resolves first‑level issues and drives market penetration for 5G and Fixed Wireless services.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with customer acquisition and onboarding processes, including KYC and top‑up education.
• Collaborate with line manager to develop, execute and monitor sales initiatives in the assigned area.
• Track adherence to SLAs for acquisition and onboarding, and recover devices from non‑compliant customers.
• Provide first‑level support, troubleshoot on‑site issues and escalate unresolved problems.
• Escalate network issues and compile daily target achievement reports.
• Analyse monthly market trends, prepare dashboards for weekly reviews and generate ad‑hoc reports.
• Monitor competitor activities, deliver customer insights and suggest suitable products or services.
• Plan and execute on‑ground marketing activities such as road shows, estate storms and mall activations.

Required profile

• Graduate degree or Diploma in Business Administration or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 year of outdoor sales experience, preferably in the telecom sector.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of competition, device offerings, packages and commission schemes.
• Tech‑savvy with knowledge of 5G and Fixed Wireless solutions.
• Resilience, ability to meet stretch targets and a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
