About the role
Pekay Brothers Ltd., an EABL Distributor, is looking for an experienced DMS Super User to manage and support daily DMS operations in Thika.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and support day-to-day DMS operations.
- Maintain DMS master data including customers, products, users, salesmen, routes and promotions.
- Generate and analyse sales, stock, inventory and performance reports.
- Support sales, stock movement, route settlement and back‑office processes.
- Provide DMS user support and training.
- Monitor data accuracy and resolve system‑related issues.
Required profile
- Proven DMS experience, minimum 3 years, preferably as a DMS Super User within an EABL Distributor.
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or a related field.
- Strong understanding of sales, stock and distribution operations.
