About the role

The Driver & Motor Vehicle Mechanic will safely transport personnel, equipment or materials while ensuring company vehicles remain in optimal condition. This role blends professional driving with hands‑on mechanical work to keep the fleet reliable and road‑worthy.

Key responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to traffic laws and company policies.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections, servicing, and basic repairs.
• Identify mechanical faults, troubleshoot issues, and carry out necessary maintenance.
• Keep vehicles clean, roadworthy, and properly documented.
• Maintain records of inspections, repairs, and mileage.

Required profile

• Valid BCE driving licence.
• At least 3 years (36 months) of combined driving and motor‑vehicle mechanic experience.
• Willingness to live and work in Ruiru, Eastern Bypass area.
• Mid‑level professional with a practical, safety‑focused attitude.
