Driver & Office Support (2 positions) – Isiolo & Laikipia

About the role

The Driver/Office Support will provide safe and reliable transportation for REPLAN staff and guests in Isiolo and Laikipia counties, while also handling a range of administrative tasks to keep the project office running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide chauffeur services to the PMU and other assigned personnel, following scheduled trips via Outlook Calendar.
• Deliver and collect payments, mail, documents, and supplies; manage bank transfers and cash purchases.
• Meet official visitors at airports, assist with immigration, customs, and visa processing.
• Maintain assigned vehicles: conduct routine checks, minor repairs, oil changes, tire inspections, and keep all required documentation up to date.
• Support office administration, including case handling, deliveries, and record keeping.

Required profile

• High level of discretion, integrity and responsibility.
• Excellent knowledge of protocol, security issues and traffic regulations.
• Ability to work with people from diverse national and cultural backgrounds.
• Client‑oriented attitude with courteous and tactful communication.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Outlook Calendar for planning and scheduling.
• Vehicle maintenance and basic mechanical troubleshooting.
