About the role
The company is looking for a reliable driver to operate office vehicles for the transport of authorized personnel, delivery and collection of materials, and other related tasks. The role requires adherence to traffic regulations, vehicle maintenance, and accurate record‑keeping of trips and fuel usage.
Key responsibilities
- Drive office vehicles safely for personnel transport and material delivery.
- Perform routine vehicle checks, including oil levels, tyre condition, and leak detection.
- Arrange repairs and ensure the vehicle is serviced regularly.
- Maintain a daily log of official trips, mileage, and fuel consumption.
- Secure necessary approvals for vehicle movements and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
- Observe all traffic rules and respond appropriately in case of accidents.
- Keep the vehicle clean and presentable at all times.
Required profile
- O‑Level Certificate.
- A valid, clean driving licence.
- 3 to 5 years of professional driving experience.
Required skills
- Safe driving practices.
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.
- Accurate record‑keeping.
