About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join our restaurant team in Nairobi. You will be the front‑line host, ensuring guests receive prompt, courteous, and professional service while maintaining high hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and present menus.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve dishes and drinks promptly, checking on guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
• Maintain clean, well‑set tables and a tidy dining area.
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and billing in a professional manner.
• Support teammates to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidates with up to 12 months of restaurant or hotel experience.
• Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Service or related field (advantageous).
• Good command of English and a valid health certificate.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
