Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Developer

About the role

Join Kaziweza Limited as a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Developer. You will build and extend the ERP platform for our real‑estate business, turning business needs into robust technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with finance, supply chain and procurement users to capture and document technical requirements.
• Translate Functional Design Documents into Technical Design Documents and propose feasible extension approaches.
• Develop customizations and extensions using X++ within the extension framework.
• Create and modify tables, forms, data entities, workflows, security roles, SSRS reports and Electronic Reporting configurations.
• Design and maintain integrations via OData, custom services, Data Management Framework, Logic Apps and Azure Functions, including Dual‑write with Dynamics 365 CE.
• Support data migration activities and manage ALM using Azure DevOps and Lifecycle Services.
• Conduct unit testing, support SIT/UAT, troubleshoot defects and perform performance tuning.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with at least 3 years of hands‑on experience in Dynamics 365 F&O development.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work closely with functional consultants and key business users.
• Excellent communication in English and a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.
