System Support Analyst

About the role

The System Support Analyst will design, develop, and provide second‑line support for business applications. You will translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensure smooth implementation, and help users adopt new systems.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and customize business applications using various databases and software tools.
• Present system functionality to new users and departments, driving adoption.
• Create and maintain user and system documentation.
• Collaborate with IT support teams to resolve escalated issues.
• Design and develop front‑end, middle‑tier, and back‑end database components.
• Perform data modelling and develop database objects for storage, retrieval, and reporting.
• Test, implement, and tune database designs for performance.
• Research and propose improvements to application performance and functionality.
• Generate ideas to increase efficiency and support revenue‑generating services.

Required profile

• External degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 4–6 years of experience in application development, customization, support, and report design.
• At least 2 years of experience with relational databases (MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).
• ITIL certification.
• Experience with data analysis, mobile infrastructure, internet technologies, e‑commerce and payment technologies.
• Experience in robotic process automation is a plus.
• Background in financial or insurance institutions and Power BI knowledge are advantageous.
