Early Phase Project Manager – Mandarin Speaking

About the role

Emerald Clinical Trials is seeking an Early Phase Project Manager who is fluent in Mandarin to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of early‑phase clinical research projects. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage client relationships, and ensure studies meet regulatory and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
• Act as primary liaison with clients, investigators, and vendors.
• Oversee financial management, including budget tracking and invoicing.
• Ensure compliance with ICH GCP, SOPs, and local regulatory requirements.
• Mentor junior project staff and Clinical Delivery Leads.
• Facilitate project kick‑off meetings, feasibility assessments, and site selection.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing early‑phase (Phase I) clinical trials.
• Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and clinical research SOPs.
• Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) and English.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
