Ecommerce Marketplace Executive

About the role

Optimise Outsourcing is expanding its European marketplace presence and seeks a detail‑driven Ecommerce Marketplace Executive. The role will create and optimise product listings on Amazon, eBay and other EU platforms, monitor performance KPIs and support the Marketplace Manager in scaling accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain product listings across Amazon and additional EU marketplaces, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Enhance listings with improved imagery, keywords, AI‑generated content and A+ content to boost visibility and conversion.
• Track reviews, rankings and conversion data, flagging insights and actionable recommendations.
• Run and analyse KPI reports and forecasts to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product information complies with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot technical or listing errors and manage support cases as needed.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Experience working with Amazon and eBay marketplace platforms.
• Ability to interpret performance data and generate actionable insights.
