ECOP/COP Qualified Insurance Financial Adviser

About the role

We are looking for ECOP/COP‑qualified Insurance Financial Advisers to join our Nairobi team. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will engage clients, understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions that protect their assets and future.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and advise clients on a range of insurance products.
• Prepare and present policy proposals, guiding customers through selection and acquisition.
• Maintain accurate client records and handle policy renewals.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service throughout the sales process.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to branch performance.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of insurance policies and procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proactive, target‑driven attitude in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in client engagement and relationship building.
• Familiarity with law‑enforcement processes is advantageous.

Required skills

• ECOP or COP qualification in insurance (mandatory).
• Relevant insurance certifications or continuous professional development.
