Educational Psychology Teacher

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Educational Psychology Teacher to join our dynamic team at Oshwal Academy, a private international school delivering the British curriculum from preschool through Year 13. The successful candidate will deliver engaging psychology lessons, support student wellbeing, and contribute to the academic excellence of our learners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver Educational Psychology lessons aligned with the British National Curriculum.
• Prepare students for examinations, conduct assessments and grade papers.
• Maintain classroom discipline and foster a positive learning environment.
• Develop and update curriculum materials, teaching guidelines and assessment tools.
• Collaborate with colleagues to integrate psychological concepts across subjects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) or related field.
• Minimum four years of teaching experience in Educational Psychology or a related subject.
• Registered with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) in Kenya.
• Experience teaching the British curriculum is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to work with senior secondary students.
