Electrical Engineer – Factory & Packhouse

About the role

Lucky 4U Avocado is seeking a qualified Electrical Engineer to lead the design, installation, testing and maintenance of electrical systems across its factory and packhouse facilities. The role combines hands‑on technical work with supervision of contractors and technicians to ensure reliable power and safe operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, install, test, and maintain electrical systems for the factory and packhouses.
• Supervise electrical installations, contractors, and technicians.
• Ensure reliable power supply and implement preventive maintenance programmes.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults promptly to minimise downtime.
• Guarantee compliance with safety standards and statutory regulations.
• Prepare technical reports, bills of quantities and maintenance schedules.

Required profile

• Executive‑level qualification in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 60 months (5 years) of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to manage contractors and lead a technical team.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and statutory compliance.
• Excellent written communication for reporting and documentation.
