Electronics Quality Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a systematic Electronics Quality Engineer to safeguard design and process quality throughout R&D and pilot production. You will champion product reliability by leading design reviews, conducting failure mode analysis, and ensuring traceability in a high‑tech manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and lead design reviews during R&D and pilot production phases.
• Conduct detailed Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Maintain and manage Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) plans to improve product reliability.
• Ensure all production processes comply with quality and traceability standards.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues identified during pilot runs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Industrial Quality Engineering.
• Proven experience performing FMEA.
• Strong knowledge of electronics quality standards such as IPC and ISO.
• Experience maintaining CAPA plans.
• Systematic mindset with high attention to documentation and traceability.
