Employee Experience Technician

About the role

The Employee Experience Technician works closely with the internal HR team, managers, and technical teams to deliver a smooth Day One experience for new hires joining the Vensure family. You will manage all new‑hire tickets, keep stakeholders informed, and ensure that onboarding technology is set up correctly.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a customer‑first attitude while handling all new‑hire tickets.
• Update shared spreadsheets and ticketing system with accurate status information.
• Coordinate process updates and documentation changes across HR, recruiting, and technical teams.
• Act as liaison between all involved parties, recording meetings and documents.
• Assist newly hired users to guarantee an excellent first‑day experience.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience working in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for multiple audience levels.
• Strong documentation abilities, creating SOPs and multi‑team guides.
• High work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and ability to multitask efficiently.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and data‑tracking capabilities.
• Experience with ADManager, Endpoint Central, Azure, Microsoft Entra, and Power BI.
• Strong technical aptitude and quick learning of new tools.
