About the role

We are looking for a Cyber Security Engineer to lead the bank’s information security initiatives. The role involves safeguarding sensitive data, supporting management decisions, and ensuring the resilience of critical systems.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and monitor the bank’s information security programmes.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks across software, integration, databases, operating systems and network layers.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to implement security controls and best practices.
• Provide insights and reporting to senior management on security posture.

Required profile

• First‑degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 3‑4 years of experience in risk management and security engineering.
• Proven experience with software development, integration, databases, OS and network security controls.
• Relevant security certification such as CISA, CISM or CISSP is desirable.
