Enterprise Transactional Banker

About the role

As an Enterprise Transactional Banker you will support the Enterprise Direct team by delivering high‑quality banking services to corporate customers, handling queries, processing requests and ensuring smooth transaction execution.

Key responsibilities

• Service customers and address banking queries promptly and professionally.
• Process customer requests, resolve issues and liaise with internal departments.
• Provide credit administration support, including documentation review, compliance verification and facility management.
• Identify customer needs, support relationship development and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records, ensure adherence to banking processes and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of customer files and credit documentation.

Required profile

• First‑degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Finance or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of relevant experience in banking or financial services.
• Strong business and financial acumen with knowledge of credit principles and branch processes.
• Behavioural competencies: checking things, examining information, managing tasks, producing output, interacting with people, team working.
