About the role
Tuko Media Limited is looking for an Entertainment Editor to lead the creation and publication of entertainment news across its digital platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor trending entertainment stories on social media.
- Write and publish entertainment stories following the in‑house style guide.
- Conduct interviews and produce special‑format articles such as features, analysis and fact‑checks.
Required profile
- Considerable experience in journalism and entertainment writing.
- Excellent writing, narration and grammar skills.
- Strong editorial judgment and ability to monitor quality entertainment news.
- Impeccable communication and interviewing abilities, both written and verbal.
- Strategic, analytical thinking and self‑driven attitude.
- Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection and a laptop (minimum Intel Core i3).
