About the role
Yocean Group Limited is seeking a creative, proactive and results‑driven Marketing Officer to support the brand, expand its market presence and engage customers within the energy sector.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Yocean Group brand through marketing initiatives.
- Grow the company’s market presence in the energy sector.
- Engage customers across various channels to build loyalty.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or any other related field.
- At least two years of relevant work experience, preferably in marketing or sales.
- Experience in customer support, including handling client inquiries and providing assistance.
- Ability to manage social media platforms, creating and scheduling content.
- Well‑disciplined, proactive and accountable in daily tasks and projects.
- Good learning ability and a keen desire to grow professionally.
- High integrity, taking accountability for actions and decisions.
Required skills
- Social media platform management (content creation, scheduling, monitoring).
- Customer support handling (responding to inquiries, issue resolution).
