ESG & Sustainability Lead

About the role

The ESG & Sustainability Lead will design, implement, and measure comprehensive ESG frameworks that align with global standards such as GRI, ISSB, and TCFD. This senior position reports to the Chief Sustainability Officer and works across functions to embed responsible practices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop materiality assessments, net‑zero roadmaps, and integration frameworks aligned with international ESG standards.
• Conduct Scope 1, 2, 3 emissions inventories, climate scenario analyses, and environmental impact assessments.
• Lead GRI, ISSB/SASB, and TCFD disclosures and ensure compliance with regional regulations.
• Audit supply‑chain ethics, labor standards, DE&I metrics, and corporate governance compliance.
• Facilitate investor briefings, community impact evaluations, and cross‑departmental ESG training programs.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience designing and executing ESG strategies for corporate or regional enterprises.
• Proven ability to integrate global sustainability standards into core business strategies.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills and experience with regulatory compliance.
• Track record of leading carbon‑footprint audits and circular‑economy initiatives.
