About the role
The Event Service Expert ensures banquet and event functions are executed flawlessly from set‑up through breakdown. Working on‑site, you will create memorable experiences for guests while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Set up, service, and break down banquet and event areas, including transporting supplies and taking guest orders.
- Interact with guests to deliver a seamless experience and address any requests promptly.
- Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies, quality standards, and proper uniform and appearance guidelines.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and moving objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
Required profile
- Certificate or Diploma in Event Management, Food & Beverage, Sales & Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year relevant experience, preferably in a 5‑star hotel or luxury service environment.
