Executive, Support & Services – Hospitality Management Software

About the role

We are looking for an Executive, Support & Services professional to lead implementation and post‑implementation support for our hospitality management software. The role combines on‑site and remote activities, ensuring customers receive seamless onboarding, training, and ongoing technical assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Implement PMS applications on‑premises and cloud platforms, preparing data prerequisites and blueprints.
• Conduct customer training sessions and create detailed implementation plans.
• Log, categorize, and resolve incidents and service requests following SOPs.
• Escalate critical issues and coordinate with other teams to ensure timely closure.
• Provide on‑call support for technology issues and troubleshoot both technical and non‑technical problems.
• Respond to customer inquiries, gather information, and verify understanding.
• Recommend process improvements and identify new product applications.
