Expansion Manager – Regional Growth Lead

About the role

As an Expansion Manager you will act as a business owner responsible for growth, operational performance, and marketplace health across multiple cities or regions. You will lead the launch of new markets, recruit and develop a regional team, and translate national strategies into localized execution plans.

Key responsibilities

• Drive regional KPIs across growth, profitability, and customer experience while managing P&L ownership.
• Lead strategic market expansion, launching new cities and verticals with sustainable foundations.
• Optimize marketplace balance of supply and demand, improve delivery performance, and reduce operational costs.
• Identify high‑impact commercial growth levers across restaurants and retail, influencing resource allocation.
• Orchestrate cross‑functional collaboration between Operations, Commercial, and Marketing teams.

Required profile

• 7+ years of high‑growth experience in tech marketplaces, e‑commerce, consulting or FMCG expansion.
• Proven track record of owning end‑to‑end business outcomes, including P&L management.
• Demonstrated expertise in scaling complex operations or launching new markets from scratch.
• Strong project‑management skills to scope programs, manage dependencies and meet schedules.
• Analytical problem‑solving ability to turn data‑driven insights into prioritized actions.
