Expo Sales and Marketing Executive

About the role

The Expo Sales and Marketing Executive will drive sales and marketing activities for our exhibition and magazine products. You will engage prospective clients, secure new business, and support the overall growth of our real‑estate brand.

Key responsibilities

• Meet prospective clients to negotiate expo and magazine sales deals.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for both the expo and the magazine.
• Respond to inquiries, sell space, publications, subscriptions and related services.
• Maintain and organise sales order files for senior management review.
• Source sponsorship opportunities for exhibitions.
• Attend all scheduled client and management meetings punctually.
• Provide pre‑sales and after‑sales client support, collect required inputs for production, and manage payment collection.
• Advise management on strategies to improve overall productivity.
• Liaise between clients and design/editorial/management teams to ensure proper authorisation.
• Report client issues to senior management and create awareness of products and services.
• Prepare weekly sales progress reports.
• Stay updated on market trends, regulations and industry changes.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Event Management, Public Relations, Communication or a related field.
• Minimum three years of proven experience in events marketing or similar sales roles.
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines in a busy team environment.
• Calm and efficient under pressure while handling multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
