Eyewear Consultant – Sales Executive

About the role

The Eyewear Consultant – Sales Executive will work on the shop floor of Optica Limited, helping customers select frames, lenses and related products that match their prescription, lifestyle and personal style. The role combines consultative selling with hands‑on product knowledge and aims to deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting store sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly, assess their needs and recommend suitable eyewear solutions.
• Guide customers through frame and lens selection, explaining features, pricing and care instructions.
• Achieve individual and branch sales and service targets, support promotions and maintain attractive displays.
• Process sales transactions, create orders, handle payments and perform minor frame adjustments or simple repairs.
• Assist with inventory handling, product organization and store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with colleagues and coordinate with head office as needed.

• Ability to understand prescription requirements and match them with lifestyle preferences.
• Willingness to learn through a structured training program.
