Factory Helpers – Entry Level (2‑Year Fixed‑Term Contract)

About the role

We are looking for entry‑level factory helpers to join our production team for a two‑year fixed‑term assignment. The role is based in Westlands and involves supporting daily manufacturing operations in a fast‑paced environment. You will work closely with supervisors to ensure production targets are met and maintain a safe workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with loading, unloading and moving raw materials and finished goods.
• Support assembly line activities and maintain clean work areas.
• Follow health, safety and quality procedures at all times.
• Report any equipment issues or shortages to supervisors promptly.
• Assist in inventory checks and documentation as required.

Required profile

• Valid passport or willingness to obtain one before travel.
• Willingness to cover all visa processing, airfare and related travel costs.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labour.
• Available for a two‑year contract.

Required skills

• Basic manual handling and teamwork abilities.
