Farm Hand – Livestock & Crop Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Farm Hand to support daily livestock and crop operations on our farm in Westlands, Kenya. You will work closely with supervisors to ensure animal welfare, crop health, and overall farm hygiene.

Key responsibilities

• Feed and water livestock, monitor health and report any issues.
• Assist in cleaning animal sheds and maintaining hygiene standards.
• Support planting, watering, weeding, and harvesting of crops and fruits.
• Handle and store harvested produce safely.
• Maintain cleanliness of farm premises, tools, and equipment.
• Dispose of farm waste responsibly and keep the environment tidy.
• Load, sort, and transport farm produce as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Farm Hand in a busy farm environment.
• Familiarity with livestock care and fruit farming is highly preferred.
• Physically fit, hardworking and able to work with minimal supervision.
