Feed Mill Manager – Lead Production Operations

About the role

The Feed Mill Manager will oversee the complete feed production process, from raw material intake to dispatch of finished products. This senior position is responsible for driving efficiency, ensuring product quality, and maintaining compliance with all relevant standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end feed mill operations, including production planning, maintenance, inventory control and budgeting.
• Optimize production efficiency, cost, safety and quality while meeting delivery targets.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP+, KEBS and other regulatory requirements.
• Manage a team of operators and technicians, fostering a culture of operational excellence.
• Coordinate with integrated poultry operations and large‑scale feed production units.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Agricultural Engineering, Food Science, Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in feed mill operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of improving productivity, quality and cost performance in a manufacturing environment.
