About the role
The Field Officer will act as a community liaison for Tuishi Companion Ltd, promoting health insurance products and supporting members across the Rabai area. This role focuses on outreach, member registration, and facilitating claim processes while expanding the company’s presence in local communities.
Key responsibilities
- Register new members for medical and last expense cover plans.
- Educate communities about medical cover, last expense cover, and in-kind envelope benefits.
- Assist members with claims processing and service activations.
- Increase Tuishi’s visibility in villages, estates, markets, hospitals, churches, and workplaces.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self‑motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Resident of the Coast Region or willing to relocate.
- Passionate about serving the community.
