Field Operator – 360° Panoramic Imaging

About the role

We are looking for a Field Operator to capture 360° panoramic imagery for our client’s projects. You will work on‑site in public and indoor locations, collecting visual data that will be used worldwide. The role combines technical operation of specialised photographic equipment with on‑the‑ground coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the operations lead to follow daily collection plans.
• Capture high‑quality panoramic images in public areas while managing public interaction calmly.
• Operate various client‑provided photographic equipment according to project needs.
• Organise, pack and ship collected materials and equipment.
• Submit daily reports covering operations, expenses and capture details.
• Maintain, secure and store client equipment, including rental vehicle upkeep.

Required profile

• Technically savvy with familiarity in Gsuite and basic computer tools (email, calling, messaging).
• Willingness to travel outside local areas and stay away from home for extended periods.
• Ability to finance travel expenses upfront, with reimbursement later (desired).
• Highly punctual, self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and proactive.
• Understanding of risk management and escalation procedures.
• Proficient speaking and writing in the language(s) required for the region.
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean record.
• Physically fit to carry a 23 kg (50 lb) backpack for 4‑5 hours daily.
