Field Sales Agent – iPOS (Kisii)

About the role

The iPOS Field Sales Agent will promote Enduring Technologies’ mobile point‑of‑sale platform to agricultural dealers and SMEs in Kisii. You will be responsible for onboarding new customers, providing hands‑on training, and ensuring ongoing support to drive adoption and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential iPOS customers within the assigned geographic area.
• Present the benefits of the iPOS platform and encourage subscription.
• Profile new customers accurately and work to minimise turnover.
• Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to build a strong sales pipeline and upsell complementary services.
• Set up the iPOS solution on customer devices, deliver training, and provide regular on‑site support.
• Respond promptly to technical issues, troubleshoot, and follow up until resolved.
• Maintain detailed activity reports and communicate progress to supervisors.

Required profile

• Strong interest in agricultural and SME markets.
• Ability to travel locally and conduct face‑to‑face visits.
• Good communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Basic understanding of point‑of‑sale solutions.

Required skills

• Experience with POS software, specifically the iPOS platform.
• Familiarity with mobile point‑of‑sale (mPOS) technology.
• Basic troubleshooting of software installations.
