Field Sales Agent – iPOS Platform

About the role

The iPOS Field Sales Agent will be responsible for onboarding, training and supporting customers of the iPOS mobile point‑of‑sale platform across the Westlands area. You will work directly with agro‑dealers and SMEs to ensure smooth installation, effective use of the system and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential iPOS customers within the assigned geographic area.
• Present the benefits of the iPOS platform and encourage subscription.
• Profile new customers accurately and work to minimise turnover.
• Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to build a strong pipeline and upsell related products.
• Set up the iPOS platform on customer devices and deliver hands‑on training.
• Provide ongoing field support through regular visits, troubleshooting technical issues and following up on complaints.
• Maintain detailed activity reports and communicate customer needs to internal teams.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience (approximately 2 years) in field sales, customer onboarding or related roles.
• Proven ability to engage SME customers, particularly in the agricultural sector.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Willingness to travel within the Westlands region for on‑site visits.
