Field Sales Executive - Signage and Branding Solutions

About the role

Brites Management Services is hiring a full-time Field Sales Executive in its Industrial Area location. The role drives business growth by finding new sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, promoting signage and branding solutions and achieving agreed sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business through field visits, referrals, networking and market research, and build a pipeline of prospective clients
• Promote and sell signage, branding and visual communication solutions to new and existing clients, and prepare quotations, proposals and tender documents
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms and service agreements, and follow up on quotations and inquiries
• Build long-term relationships with corporate clients, contractors, retailers and institutions, resolve concerns and keep accurate customer records
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports, track active opportunities and coordinate with design, production and installation teams
• Monitor competitors and industry trends, and give feedback to improve products and services

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
• At least 3 years of field sales experience in a busy organisation, preferably in signage, branding, printing, advertising, construction or a related industry
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and growing customer accounts
