Field Sales Manager – Off Trade (South)

About the role

Based in the South region of the UK, you will lead the Off‑Trade Field Sales team for Thatchers Cider, driving KPI delivery across retail stores and representing the brand with consistency and energy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Field Sales Executives to achieve distribution and visibility targets.
• Build and maintain strong regional customer relationships.
• Recruit, induct, train and regularly appraise team members.
• Use data to identify efficiency improvements and report performance to senior leaders.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging aligned with company policies.
• Occasionally undertake overnight stays to support field activities.
