Territory Manager – Colorado & Utah

About the role

Cynosure is seeking a proactive Territory Manager to drive sales of its medical‑aesthetics portfolio across Colorado and Utah. You will be the primary point of contact for prospects, generating leads and supporting our regional growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and generate new sales leads within the assigned CO/UT territory.
• Assist sales professionals in achieving territory sales targets and objectives.
• Maintain regular communication with the manager, reporting market developments, competitor activity and customer feedback.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Represent Cynosure at workshops, trade shows and industry events showcasing product lines.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, ideally in medical aesthetics or related healthcare products.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Willingness to travel throughout the territory and attend relevant industry events.
