Field Sales Representative – Nairobi

About the role

We plan on hiring a professional and skilled Field Sales Representative to join the Sales Team of our company on an immediate basis. You will be responsible for developing robust sales strategies to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. As a successful sales representative, you will source new sales opportunities and close deals to achieve your sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• "Get the Sale" by using different customer sales techniques.
• Forecast sales, generate out‑of‑the‑box methodologies and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Attract new clients by devising new strategies and sales processes.
• Evaluate client needs and build long‑lasting relationships.
• Meet individual and team sales targets.
• Collaborate with other sales reps to discuss best sales techniques.
• Research accounts and generate leads.
• Attend sales events, meetings and training sessions to stay updated.
• Provide feedback to senior management using statistics.
• Expand and maintain the client database within the territory.
• Generate daily and monthly sales reports.

Required profile

• BS/BA degree in Sales and Marketing or a relevant field (high school diploma with relevant experience also considered).
• Proven sales experience as a Field Sales Representative, Sales Representative or similar role.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a track record of achieving sales quotas.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM and other software.
• Self‑motivated and result‑oriented individual.
