Field Superintendent – Integrated Solutions

About the role

The Integrated Solutions Field Superintendent leads and coordinates wellsite activities for drilling, completion and workover projects, ensuring safe, on‑time delivery of Baker Hughes products and services. This role acts as the primary interface with the customer and oversees multiple wellsite supervisors across integrated operations.

Key responsibilities

• Directly manage day‑to‑day field operations on drilling, completion and workover projects.
• Lead Integrated Solutions Wellsite Supervisors and serve as the main focal point for customer interaction.
• Ensure strict HSE compliance and drive flawless safety performance on rig sites.
• Oversee simultaneous operations of drilling and completion rigs, including logistics and civil works coordination.
• Forecast operational needs, manage spend, and control project budgets.
• Promote Baker Hughes core values and lead by example on‑site.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, a scientific discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 10 + years of relevant experience, with at least 5 + years as a Wellsite Leader.
• Valid IWCF Well Control Certificate.
