Finance Manager – Imaging Products Distribution

About the role

The Finance Manager will sit at the financial core of a consumer electronics distribution network that moves imaging and printing hardware across African markets. Reporting to Asian‑based senior leadership, you will ensure cash flow stability, protect margins and deliver IFRS‑compliant financial reports that drive strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily cash flow, treasury and working capital across multiple African subsidiaries.
• Prepare and present accurate IFRS‑compliant financial statements and management reports.
• Analyse operational performance, translate data into board‑ready intelligence and recommend actions to improve profitability.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and cross‑border financial policies.
• Collaborate with sales, logistics and procurement teams to align financial planning with business objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of progressive finance experience, preferably in distribution or consumer electronics.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Strong understanding of IFRS and Kenyan tax legislation.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑country environment.
